Sorry guys I’ve been a little MIA the past couple of days. My sweet mother in law had a stroke and things have been a bit crazy.



All this stress led to a longing to get my hands on something sweet . Just in time for the Fourth ; how about some crazy keto cheesecake dip ???

Crazy Keto Cheesecake Dip:
Keto Macros (Per Tablespoon) Carbs 0.5g Fat 3g Protein 2g Calories 30
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese ( room temp )
1 cup swerve granulated sugar replacement (Add swerve or any other sugar replacement slowly into mixture until desired level of sweetness is reached)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream



Steps:
Start by beating heavy whipping cream until it has peaks. Set Aside . Blend all other ingredients until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream until completely mixed. Refrigerate for one hour .. Enjoy !!!
You can use this for dipping berried etc. but to be quite honest I keep some in the fridge stored in an old coop whip container and savor a spoonful when I can’t satisfy my sweet tooth !!!
